Quick answer
Measure your child's chest and compare it to the youth size chart before ordering, then wash the Godziban Little Green Youth T-Shirt inside out in cold water and tumble dry low to protect the print. The preorder closes February 10, 2026, with an estimated ship date of March 2026.
Why the preorder window matters for sizing
Because this is a Godzilla Store Exclusive preorder that closes February 10, 2026, you cannot wait to see the shirt in person before committing. That makes measuring at home more important than guessing a size. Use a soft tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keep the tape level, and compare that number to the youth size chart rather than relying on your child's usual age-based size.
If the measurement lands between two sizes, size up. A slightly roomier heavyweight cotton tee is more comfortable for layering and gives growing kids more wear time. The estimated ship date is March 2026, so factor in whether the shirt needs to fit now or later in the year.
How heavyweight cotton changes fit and care
The 5.3 oz, 100% cotton fabric is heavier than a typical thin youth tee, so it may feel stiff at first and soften after a few washes. That weight also means it can shrink slightly in high heat. Cold washing and low drying protect both the fit and the printed Little graphic.
Avoid fabric softener on the print area; it can leave a residue that dulls the design over time. If the shirt feels stiff after air drying, a short low tumble with a clean towel can soften it without exposing the print to high heat.
Godziban Little Green Youth T-Shirt FAQ
- How do I choose the right size?
- Measure your child's chest in inches and compare it to the youth size chart on the product page. Do not size by age alone. If the measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one for growth room. Write down the chest measurement before you open the size menu.
- How should I wash this Godzilla kids t-shirt?
- Turn the shirt inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the Little graphic. Skip fabric softener on the printed area to keep the design crisp.
- Will the shirt shrink?
- Because it is 100% cotton, some shrinkage is possible, especially with hot water or high heat drying. Cold washing and low drying reduce the risk. The catalog does not list a pre-shrunk claim, so treat cold care as your best safeguard. Wash cold from the first wear to limit shrinkage.
- When will the preorder ship?
- The preorder closes February 10, 2026, and the estimated ship date is March 2026. Order by the close date to be included in that shipment window. Mark February 10, 2026, as your order deadline.
- Can I return or exchange it if the fit is wrong?
- The supplied product details do not include a return or exchange policy for this exclusive preorder. Check the store's general policy before ordering, and measure carefully since preorder items may have different terms. Confirm the return window before you commit to a size.
