Mondo 田中工作室設計師公仔 – 熱射線變體

I've been collecting the 1954 design for years and this reimagined take finally does the suit justice. The scaled texture on the head reads way sharper in person than I expected, and the heat ray variant was worth the wait.

The sculpted heat ray effect on this variant is the standout—it catches the light just right on the shelf and makes the whole figure feel alive. Pre-ordering back in August was a long wait, but the detail on the 1954 design was worth every month.

I’ve been waiting for a Godzilla piece that actually captures the 1954 menace, and this heat ray variant nails it in person. The sculpt detail from Tanaka Studios is sharper than the promo photos suggested, and the August 2026 ship date felt long but worth every month.
